Side hop drill improves your split step. Hop with both your feet. Then land outside the square of the ladder. Again hop to land you both feet inside the next square simultaneously. And continue it.
Crossover drill
Crossover drill improves your baseline movement. Keep your body sideways in front of the ladder. Now start entering the ladder’s square, over the top of your front foot, step the back foot. Then step the opposite foot into the next court.
