According to an official statement from the Cricket Control Board, the new season of IPL 2022 will already take place on March 26, 2022. The league venue will be Mumbai and Pune.
The 15th edition of the Indian Premier League is already scheduled to feature 70 matches and 4 playoff games over 65 days. The league matches will be played in a managed biopic in four venues.
In total, 20 IPL matches will be played at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai and Di Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, while 15 matches will be played at Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai and MCA Stadium in Pune.
